Perfect pour over, without the maths.
Tell the Polaris your coffee-to-water ratio and it works out exactly how much water you need. As you pour, it shows you how far through you are as a percentage, so you hit your target every time.
It’s the easiest way to brew your RISE coffee the same delicious way, cup after cup.

Set the Polaris to 1:16, add 15g of medium-ground coffee, and pour until it hits 100%. That’s 240g of water and a perfectly balanced cup.
