Christmas gifting FAQs

When do I need to order for Christmas delivery?
If you order by midnight on 18th, your order will be shipped first thing on 18th, giving us the best chance of Christmas arrival! However, as we all know, with delivery strikes and freak weather warnings, nothing is 100% guaranteed in the UK. Last year we did successfully get all Christmas orders delivered on time, so are aiming for the same this year! Gift subscriptions and digital gift cards can be sent right up to Christmas Eve.
What's the best coffee gift for a coffee lover?
For someone who loves discovering new coffee, a gift subscription or our coffee advent calendar is ideal, both feature speciality coffee from independent UK roasters. For a ready-to-give present, a curated gift set or selection box works beautifully.
Can I send the gift straight to the recipient?
Yes. At checkout you can send a gift subscription or gift card directly to the recipient, add a personal gift note, and choose when it arrives.
Do you offer coffee gift subscriptions?
Yes, you can gift a 3, 6 or 12-month coffee subscription, delivered monthly. They're 100% flexible and there's no ongoing commitment for the recipient.
Do the gifts suit someone without a coffee machine?
Yes. You can choose your grind at checkout, whole bean, or ground for cafetiere, filter, espresso and more, so the gift works however they brew.
