Our go-to recipe
- Add 15g of medium-fine ground RISE coffee.
- Pour in 220g of water just off the boil (around 90°C).
- Stir, then steep for 1 minute.
- Press gently for about 30 seconds.

Looking after it
- Every day: a quick rinse is all it needs. The plunger wipes the chamber clean as you press.
- Now and then: pop the seal off the plunger and wash everything in warm, soapy water. If the chamber gets sticky, wipe it with a little vinegar.
