A monthly subscription costs around £22 per box. However this changes depending on how small or large your box is, and how frequently you get a delivery from us! You can order a one off RISE coffee box for yourself as a trial, or as a coffee gift box with a free gift message for a friend or loved one.
Our boxes come with 2 x 220-250g of coffee from our partners. If you would like to trial our box, we do a one off box trial which is a great way to see if you love our coffee. We do also have our RiSE mini which is a smaller version and just one bag (250g). Also check out our RiSE coffee marketplace.
We accept credit or debit card as well as ApplePay and Google Pay. We also take PayPal for non subscription options.
We work closely with our roasting partners to ensure the coffee reaches you as quickly as possible after its roasting date. This is usually within 3-4 days, so we can guarantee it will smell and taste great.
We recommend buying an electric grinder, they are about £30-50 but well worth the investment. We are just everyday coffee drinks, and use this midrange grinder: Krups Burr grinder but if you want the real McCoy, check out Wilfa Svart. Whatever you like! You can order whole bean coffee or ground coffee from us. We recommend ordering whole beans as this maintains the freshness of the beans and flavour. If you don’t have a grinder, select ‘ground’ and we’ll send it ready for you to use in your cafetiere or plunger. Check out our blog post on which option is best to order for you.
Your coffee will come in its original packaging from our coffee partners. At RISE coffee box we are all about showcasing our roasting partners, their stories and the beans they roast. This also means we don’t re-bag the coffee, keeping it fresh and allowing us to be more sustainable with our packaging. If your gifts come in any packaging such as bubble wrap, rest-assured that we never purchase wrapping packaging, we only re-use materials others have sent to us.
Our coffee partners source their coffee sustainably and pay fair trade wages unless they engage farmers directly to offer more than fair trade prices. Direct Trade is preferred as this enables farmers to get paid 3x The Fair Trade price.
Our coffee boxes are recyclable and are made from a minimum of 90% recycled material. Printed with water-based ink they are ready to be used again, as well as being vegan, compostable and created from responsibly managed forests. We aim to make sustainable and environmentally friendly choices wherever possible and ensure we only with with coffee partners who align to this approach. Read about all our initiatives here
We aim for all deliveries to be received within 3-5 working days. This can be slightly longer around busy festive seasons or bank holidays.
Once you have placed your order, we aim to dispatch this within 48 hours and we ask you allow 3-5 days to receive your order. You will receive a tracing link from our courier partner. If for any reason you have a issue with the tracking or the item hasn't been received please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get this sorted for you.
We use a mixture of Yodel and Royal Mail. We hope your coffee will arrive within 3-5 days of your monthly delivery date, but if it doesn’t, please drop us a note at email@example.com and we will investigate right away for you. You will receive delivery alerts and notifications from our delivery partner so you can track your order. Sometimes the name of our brand will not automatically pull through on your delivery email, so please look out for emails also from 'WAF' as this is our fulfilment company! All orders dispatched next day on a 48 hours tracked delivery service.
Whilst we will take orders right up until Christmas, we ask you to please place your order by midnight on Sunday 17th December (2023) for delivery by Christmas Day.
Our orders are sent with Yodel 48 hour tracked delivery, because they have the highest delivery success rate from the research we have done. However, if you have a preferred delivery partner in your area, just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can select an alternative
if you order by midnight on 17th, your order will be shipped first thing on 18th, giving us the best chance of Christmas arrival! However, as we all know, with delivery strikes and freak weather warnings, nothing is 100% guaranteed in the UK. Last year we did successfully get all Christmas orders delivered on time, so are aiming for the same this year!

We hope you love our chosen roasting partners but understand that everyone has different taste buds. If you weren’t a fan of the coffee we sent you, drop us a note at email@example.com and we’ll do our best to help.
If you have placed an order that you no longer require, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will do what we can to help. We do ensure you coffee is freshly roasted and dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may not be able to place a refund if the coffee has been roasted for you.

2. Navigate to ‘your Plans’ on the side menu.
3. Find the Plan you would like to cancel and click on ‘manage Plan’ at the bottom.
4. Select ‘pause Plan’.
5. Confirm by clicking on ‘pause my Plan’.
You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription as well as manage your address details by logging into your account via our homepage.
Forgotten Password: If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot your password?” button on the log in page and follow the instructions on the password reset email.
Wrong email: If you haven’t received the email within 10-15 minutes and it's not in your junk or spam folders, it may be that an incorrect email has been registered for you. Contact the RISE team at email@example.com and we will help resolve the issues for you.
