It all started with a simple love for coffee. For years, the founders of Goatherd Coffee had been dedicated coffee enthusiasts, always searching for that perfect cup. In 2020, they took the plunge and bought a small coffee roaster – initially just to roast coffee for themselves, family and friends. Eventually, they quit their jobs and upgraded to a small 1kg batch roaster, which they still roast on today.
Every cup of Goatherd Coffee is still crafted with the same hands-on, personal touch they started with. They roast in small batches, carefully controlling every detail to bring out the best flavour. Everything is done by hand – even the stickers on the bags.
