About the coffee:  

Peaberry’s are coffee seeds of altered morphology; it is the result from the cherry having only one seed inside. Kissii County, located in the South- West of Kenya. The region is renowned for its lush fertile land, producing coffee, tea estates and bananas. Kenya’s has a main harvest, in October- December and the fly crop in from April-June. Kisii refers not only to the region in but the local tribes found in this area.
