Crosby was set up in 2014, named after the founders' hometown. Founders Jack and Mark saw an opportunity to bring amazing coffee "up North" after trying great coffee in London. They have since become the go-to coffee destination in Liverpool, and pride themselves on experimenting with sustainably sourced coffee.
That willingness to experiment while keeping sustainable sourcing front and centre is exactly what we look for in the independent UK roasters we feature in our specialty coffee subscription boxes. Trio Blend
We found this blend very easy drinking, and hope you also enjoy it. Made up of natural Brazilian, washed Kenyan and washed Colombian coffee, it really pushes against the traditional flavours usually associated with coffee to showcase the natural flavours of the Arabica plant.
This coffee is a classic chocolatey blend which you can't go wrong with for espresso-based drinks.
