Today's coffee, Day 17 of Advent, by Untitled coffee
The Roaster:
'untitled coffee' is the natural evolution of the interplay between art and coffee. With art that promotes coffee and coffee that promotes art. untitled coffee was founded by Stuart Ritson in late 2020. Having had this idea to bring artworks onto coffee bags for years, it was finally time to take the risk and put this project into action.
Coffee Name:
Kabingara AB
Origin:
Kenya
Varieties:
Batian, Ruiru 11, SL28, SL34
Process:
Fully washed
Tasting notes:
Blackcurrant, cherry and jammy sweetness
Roaster's note:
This coffee is roasted light tending towards medium and will work best as filter. It's a delicious, classic Kenyan and arguably one of the best AB Grade lots I've ever had. I've personally had a long history with Kabingara, it was a coffee I sold through a previous job, some 8-9 years ago and was blown away by the quality then. Delicious and very forgiving to brew.
Brewing Tips:
Best as a filter.
