Gift Card Terms & Conditions

  1. Redemption. RISE Coffee Box gift cards can be redeemed for any product on risecoffeebox.co.uk, including subscriptions, one-off boxes, and gift sets. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase further gift cards.
  2. Validity. Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance remaining after this period will expire and cannot be reinstated.
  3. No cash alternative. Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.
  4. Partial use. If a purchase is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance stays on the gift card for future use. If a purchase exceeds the balance, the difference must be paid by another payment method.
  5. Non-transferable once redeemed. Once a gift card code has been applied to an account, it cannot be transferred to another account or customer.
  6. Loss or theft. RISE Coffee Box is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without permission once the code has been issued. Treat your gift card code like cash.
  7. Fraud and abuse. We reserve the right to cancel or withhold any gift card suspected of being obtained fraudulently, or used in breach of these terms.
  8. Subscription use. If a gift card is used towards a subscription, it will be applied to the first payment(s) only; ongoing recurring payments after the balance is exhausted will be charged to the customer's stored payment method.
  9. Changes to terms. RISE Coffee Box reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will not affect the value or validity of gift cards already purchased.
  10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

I've lost my gift card email or code - what do I do?

Get in touch with us at [hello@risecoffeebox.co.uk] with your order number or the recipient's email, and we'll help track down the code.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Enter your unique gift card code at checkout in the "Gift card or discount code" box. The balance will be applied automatically to your order.

Do gift cards expire?

Yes, gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. We'll never spring the expiry on you though - any balance is shown on your account at checkout.

Can I use a gift card on a subscription?

Yes. The balance will cover your first payment(s); once it runs out, your subscription will continue to renew using your saved card as normal.
