What FREE gift do I get?

With the coffee trial you get a free Bodum cafetiere in your second box worth Ā£14.95 - this is applied automatically in box two.

How easy it is to cancel?

100% easy. Our coffee plans are fully flexible. You will receive an email after you join to login and manage your account. From there you can pause, skip, delay or cancel your order as well as update your address and payment method.

If you have any existing discounts applied, they will be lose if you cancel, so we encourage you to pause instead.

Is the coffee freshly roasted?

We work closely with our roasting partners to ensure the coffee reaches you as quickly as possible after its roasting date. This is usually within 3-4 days, so we can guarantee it will smell and taste great. Specialty coffee should be left to settle for 6-10 days before drinking.

Will I receive whole bean or ground coffee?

Whatever you like! You can order whole bean coffee or ground coffee from us. We recommend ordering whole beans as this maintains the freshness of the beans and flavour. If you donā€™t have a grinder, select ā€˜groundā€™ and weā€™ll send it ready for you to use in your cafetiere or plunger.Ā Check out ourĀ blog postĀ on which option is best to order for you.
How much is reinvested into the coffee farming community?

At RISE coffee, we reinvest 1% of all sales across all products and subscriptions. The 1% is of sales revenue and not just profit.
