Grown in the lush mountains of Colombia, this coffee uses high-quality 'Excelso-grade' Arabica beans — a grading term for medium-to-large beans known for their balance, sweetness, and bright flavour. Excelso beans are just slightly smaller than the top “Supremo” grade, but often come from the same trees and deliver the same classic Colombian taste.
The beans are decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process, a chemical-free method that preserves their natural sweetness and complexity. In the cup, expect rich milk chocolate and caramel notes, with a gentle citrus brightness for a clean, refreshing finish.
