Calendar Mystery Gift T&Cs
Every eligible RISE Coffee Advent Calendar owner can scan Day 25 to claim a free mystery gift!
1. The Free Gift
Each eligible participant who scans their Day 25 QR code can claim a free mystery gift from RISE Coffee.
The mystery gift will be selected and announced by RISE Coffee Box and may vary in value or type.
Gifts cannot be exchanged or redeemed for monetary value.
We reserve the right to substitute or withdraw the prize at any time without notice.
2. How to Redeem
a) To claim, scan the QR code behind Day 25 on your RISE Coffee Advent Calendar.
b) Complete the short form and validate your calendar using your RISE order number or calendar batch code.
c) Claims must be made within 30 days of December 25th 2025.
d) Only one claim per person will be accepted.
e) Entries made after the 30-day window will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
a) Open to UK residents aged 18 and over only.
b) You must have purchased a genuine RISE Coffee Advent Calendar directly from RISE Coffee Box or an authorised retail partner.
c) Employees of RISE Coffee Box and associated partners are not eligible to participate.
d) RISE Coffee Box reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse any claim deemed fraudulent or in breach of these terms.
4. Availability
a) The free gift offer is available while supplies last and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
b) Gifts will be dispatched within 30 days of successful claim validation.
c) Delivery times may vary during busy periods (e.g. Christmas).
5. Data & Privacy
Personal data collected as part of this promotion will be used solely for administering your mystery gift claim.
We will not share your details with third parties, except where required for prize fulfilment.

6. General Terms
a) The mystery gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.
b) RISE Coffee Box reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this offer at any time.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.
Any disputes arising from or related to this promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
