A Month's Worth of RISE Giveaway
We are running a competition to give away a free month of RISE Coffee Box to two lucky winners (the “Giveaway”). By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. The Prize
We will select two winners to receive one month worth of RISE Coffee Box deliveries.
A month's worth of RISE Coffee is calculated as one standard RISE Coffee Box (containing two bags of speciality coffee curated from independent UK roasters) delivered for one month.
Delivery fees are included.
2. How to Get Involved
a) The Giveaway runs from 00:00 GMT on 29th September 2025 to 23:59 GMT on 6th October 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
b) To enter, you must sign up to a RISE Coffee Box subscription during the Giveaway window by clicking the link in the promotional email or campaign page.
c) One entry per person. No other methods of entry will be accepted. There is no entry fee.
d) Winners will be selected at random on 13th October 2025.
3. Availability and Eligibility
a) The competition is open to people who are not and have never been a RISE Coffee Box customer. We may check whether you already have an account, have purchased from us, or used a card/address previously registered with RISE.
b) You must be 18 or over and resident in the UK at the time of entry.
c) The competition is not open to employees of RISE Coffee Box.
d) If you win, we will contact you via the email registered with your RISE Coffee Box account. You will have 48 hours to accept. If you do not respond, your prize will be forfeited and another entrant chosen.
e) Your first RISE Coffee Box will be sent within 30 days of acceptance of the prize.
f) Winners must redeem the prize themselves and cannot transfer it to another person.
4. Content
Any content shared in relation to this Giveaway, including imagery of the winners, may be used in RISE Coffee Box marketing and advertising.
5. Data Protection
Personal data supplied during the competition will be used for administering the Giveaway and may be shared with third parties only where necessary for prize fulfilment. Data will not be used for other purposes unless consent is given. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers
a) The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
b) Your first box must be paid for; the free 1 month begins after your first box has been received and the winner announced
c) We reserve the right to substitute any element of the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
d) We are not responsible for failed entries due to technical faults.
e) We may refuse entry or revoke prizes if we suspect any breach of these terms.
f) Our decision is final and binding.
g) We may cancel, amend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without notice.
h) RISE Coffee Box and its affiliates accept no liability for losses or damages relating to the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
7. Governing Law
The Giveaway is governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
