☕ Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Love dessert for breakfast? These Tiramisu Overnight Oats are creamy, coffee-infused, and packed with protein — like your favourite dessert, but make it breakfast.


🥣 Ingredients

For the oats:

  • 1 cup SPOON Super Oats

  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

  • 2 tbsp brewed RISE coffee, cooled

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

For the creamy layer:

  • ¼ cup thick coconut yoghurt

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or a few drops of vanilla extract

Toppings (optional but delicious):

  • Cocoa powder (for dusting)

  • Dark chocolate shavings

  • Chopped nuts or cacao nibs for crunch

👩🍳 Method

  1. Mix the base:
    In a bowl or jar, combine the oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, RISE coffee, maple syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Stir until fully mixed.

  2. Chill:
    Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) until thick, creamy, and flavour-packed.

  3. Make the creamy layer:
    In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut yoghurt, Greek (or dairy-free) yogurt, and maple syrup until smooth and fluffy.

  4. Assemble:
    Layer the soaked oats and creamy layer in a jar or glass. Dust generously with cocoa powder and finish with chocolate shavings or your favourite crunchy topping.

  5. Serve:
    Enjoy chilled, straight from the fridge. It’s tiramisu for breakfast — and we’re not mad about it.
