Love dessert for breakfast? These Tiramisu Overnight Oats are creamy, coffee-infused, and packed with protein — like your favourite dessert, but make it breakfast.
🥣 Ingredients
For the oats:

1 cup SPOON Super Oats

1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

2 tbsp brewed RISE coffee, cooled
-
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)

1 tsp vanilla extract
-
Pinch of salt
For the creamy layer:

¼ cup thick coconut yoghurt
-
¼ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

1 tsp maple syrup or a few drops of vanilla extract
Toppings (optional but delicious):

Cocoa powder (for dusting)

Dark chocolate shavings

Chopped nuts or cacao nibs for crunch

Mix the base:
In a bowl or jar, combine the oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, RISE coffee, maple syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Stir until fully mixed. -
Chill:
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) until thick, creamy, and flavour-packed. -
Make the creamy layer:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut yoghurt, Greek (or dairy-free) yogurt, and maple syrup until smooth and fluffy. -
Assemble:
Layer the soaked oats and creamy layer in a jar or glass. Dust generously with cocoa powder and finish with chocolate shavings or your favourite crunchy topping. -
Serve:
Enjoy chilled, straight from the fridge. It’s tiramisu for breakfast — and we’re not mad about it.
