Best Ninja Coffee Machine UK 2026: Full Range Reviewed and Compared

Buyer's Guide · June 2026

Every Ninja Coffee Machine, Compared.

Ninja has built one of the most talked-about ranges of home coffee machines in the UK. From a £199 dual-brew system to a £899 fully automatic bean-to-cup machine, there's a Ninja for almost every coffee drinker. This guide covers the full range, every key feature, and exactly which machine is right for you.

✍️ RISE Coffee Box team  ·  June 2026  ·  Updated with the brand new AutoBarista Pro

This guide covers the full current Ninja coffee machine range available in the UK: the Prestige DualBrew System (£199.99), the Luxe Café Premier (£549.99), the Luxe Café Pro (£699.99), the limited-edition Luxe Café Pro by David Beckham (£849.99), and the brand new AutoBarista Pro (£899.99). We break down every feature, compare them side by side, and tell you which one suits which type of coffee drinker. As Ninja's official specialty coffee partner in the UK, we know these machines well.

The Brand That Changed Home Coffee

A few years ago, Ninja was best known for air fryers. Then they launched the Luxe Café, and everything changed. The machine became a genuine hit. You couldn't scroll through Instagram or TikTok without seeing it on someone's kitchen counter. It offered something genuinely new: espresso, drip coffee, and cold brew in one machine, with a built-in grinder and a milk frother, all for under £600. For a lot of people, it was the machine that made café-quality coffee at home actually achievable.

Since then, Ninja has expanded the range significantly. There are now four distinct machines sitting at very different price points and capability levels. Whether you want something simple and affordable, or a fully automatic machine that does everything at the press of a button, Ninja has a machine for you. Here's the full picture.

Ninja Prestige DualBrew System

Entry Level · Filter & Pod

Prestige DualBrew System

Model: CFN802UK
RRP£199.99
Best for: Filter coffee lovers who also want espresso
TypeFilter + Pod (Nespresso Original)
GrinderNo (pre-ground or pods)
EspressoVia Nespresso Original pods
Drip CoffeeYes, up to 12-cup carafe
Cold BrewNo
Milk FrotherElectric whisk frother
ProgrammableYes, 24-hour timer
Keep WarmYes, adjustable hotplate
  • Brews drip coffee into a large carafe or single mug
  • Uses Nespresso Original-style capsules for espresso
  • 24-hour programmable timer so you wake up to fresh coffee
  • Adjustable hotplate keeps coffee warm after brewing
  • Built-in electric frother for lattes and cappuccinos
  • Compact footprint, designed for smaller kitchens
  • Easy to use, no grinding or tamping required
  • Great for households with mixed coffee preferences

The DualBrew System is Ninja's most accessible machine and, frankly, one of the best value coffee makers at this price point. It does two things: brews large-batch drip coffee into a carafe, and makes espresso-style drinks from Nespresso Original capsules. There's no learning curve, no grinding, no tamping. You just load a pod or add ground coffee and press a button.

The 24-hour programmable timer is a genuinely useful feature. Set it up the night before and wake up to a freshly brewed pot. The adjustable hotplate keeps the coffee warm without burning it. For households where one person wants a flat white and another wants a full pot of drip coffee, this is an excellent solution at a very reasonable price.

The trade-off is that the espresso quality is limited by the pod format. You're not grinding fresh beans, so you won't get the depth of flavour the Luxe Café machines offer. But for everyday convenience, it's hard to beat.

The RISE verdict

The DualBrew is brilliant if you drink a lot of filter coffee and want the option of pod espresso without buying two machines. It's not for the espresso enthusiast, but for everyday household convenience it's excellent. At £199.99, it's by far the most affordable machine in the range.

Ninja Luxe Café Premier

Mid Range · Semi-Automatic Espresso

Luxe Café Premier

Model: ES601UK · 3-in-1 Espresso, Drip & Cold Brew
RRP£549.99
Best for: Espresso lovers making the jump from pods to fresh beans
TypeSemi-automatic espresso
GrinderYes, built-in burr grinder
EspressoYes, portafilter, 3 brew ratios
Drip CoffeeYes, into carafe or mug
Cold BrewYes, rapid cold brew
Milk FrotherSteam wand frother
TampingManual, assisted dose
Brew Ratios1:2, 1:2.5, 1:3
  • Built-in burr grinder grinds fresh beans before every shot
  • Portafilter system for proper espresso extraction
  • Three espresso brew ratios: 1:2, 1:2.5 and 1:3
  • Rapid cold brew: proper cold brew in minutes, not hours
  • Drip coffee function brews into a carafe or single cup
  • Steam wand for proper milk texture, not just a frother
  • Thermal Flavor Extraction technology for even saturation
  • Grind size and dose adjustable for different beans

The Luxe Café Premier is the machine that made Ninja famous in the coffee world. It's genuinely brilliant. You get a built-in burr grinder, a proper portafilter espresso system with three programmable brew ratios, a drip coffee function, rapid cold brew, and a steam wand, all in one machine, all for under £550.

What makes it stand out is how well it does the fundamentals. The grinder is capable, the extraction is consistent, and Ninja has programmed proper espresso ratios into the machine rather than guessing. The steam wand produces proper steamed milk, not just frothed foam, which makes a meaningful difference if you drink flat whites or lattes regularly.

The cold brew function is a genuinely exciting addition. Traditional cold brew takes 12–24 hours. The Premier's rapid cold brew function delivers a proper concentrate in a fraction of the time, perfect for summer. Combined with the drip coffee function, this is a machine that genuinely replaces three separate appliances.

The RISE verdict

The Premier is the best value machine in the Luxe Café range. It does everything the Pro does except the assisted tamping lever and a few extra milk frothing modes. For most people, this is the right machine. The £150 saving over the Pro is meaningful, and the core coffee quality is virtually identical.

Ninja Luxe Café Pro

Premium · Semi-Automatic Espresso

Luxe Café Pro

Model: ES701UK · Also available: David Beckham Edition ES771UKBK
RRP£699.99
Best for: Espresso enthusiasts who want more control
TypeSemi-automatic espresso
GrinderYes, built-in burr grinder
EspressoYes, portafilter, 3 brew ratios
Drip CoffeeYes, carafe or mug
Cold BrewYes, rapid cold brew
Milk FrotherSteam wand + more modes
TampingAssisted tamping lever
Hot WaterYes, on demand
  • Everything in the Premier, plus:
  • Assisted tamping lever for consistent, even tamp every time
  • Hot water on demand for Americanos, tea, or warming cups
  • Additional milk frothing modes and temperature control
  • More grind size settings for finer control over extraction
  • Available in the limited David Beckham design (ES771UKBK)
  • Larger water reservoir than the Premier
  • Enhanced steam wand performance for micro foam

The Luxe Café Pro takes everything that makes the Premier excellent and adds the features that coffee enthusiasts tend to miss most. The biggest addition is the assisted tamping lever, a mechanism on the side of the machine that helps you apply a consistent, even tamp every time you pull a shot. Inconsistent tamping is one of the main reasons home espresso goes wrong, and the Pro's assisted system solves it neatly.

The other key additions are hot water on demand, useful for Americanos, tea, or just warming your cups before pulling a shot, plus more advanced milk frothing options with better temperature control. If you're making a lot of milk-based drinks, the Pro's steam wand produces noticeably better microfoam than the Premier.

There's also a David Beckham limited edition version (ES771UKBK) at £849.99, which offers the same functionality in a premium design. Whether that's worth the extra £150 depends entirely on how much you care about how your kitchen looks.

The RISE verdict

The Pro is worth the upgrade if you're serious about espresso quality and will use the assisted tamping lever regularly. For casual coffee drinkers, the Premier is probably sufficient. For anyone who wants to really dial in their shots and explore specialty coffee properly, the Pro's added control justifies the premium.

  • Dual Froth System Pro with XL milk jug for larger milk drinks
  • Co-designed by David Beckham over a six-month creative process
  • Limited edition, not available in any other design.

This is Ninja's first ever co-designed product with its global brand ambassador David Beckham, and it's a genuine collaboration rather than a simple colour swap. Beckham was involved in a six-month creative process that shaped every material choice, from the bead-blasted matte black stainless steel exterior to the black chestnut ebony wood grain accents on the portafilter and body panels, finished with gold detailing throughout.

The design inspiration came from the English countryside: natural materials, refined finishes, and a refined-yet-rebellious edge that reflects Beckham's personal aesthetic. The result is genuinely striking. If the standard Luxe Café Pro is a great coffee machine, the Beckham edition is a great coffee machine that also happens to be one of the best-looking appliances you can put on a kitchen counter.

Technically, the Beckham edition shares its core specification with the standard Luxe Café Pro but adds a few meaningful upgrades. The conical burr grinder has 25 grind settings and a built-in scale for weight-based dosing, which is more precise than the standard Pro's volume-based approach. Barista Assist Technology provides automatic grind size recommendations and brew monitoring, which reduces guesswork for newer espresso drinkers. The Dual Froth System Pro includes an XL milk jug for larger milk drinks.

One important note: the Beckham edition is excluded from all promotions and discounts. If you're waiting for a sale, it won't be included. The £849.99 price is the price.

The RISE verdict

If you already know you want the Luxe Café Pro and design matters to you, the Beckham edition is worth serious consideration. The weight-based dosing and Barista Assist Technology are genuine upgrades over the standard Pro. The £150 premium over the standard Pro is a design and feature premium combined, and for coffee enthusiasts who care about both how their kitchen looks and how their espresso tastes, this is a fantastic machine.

Ninja AutoBarista Pro

Top of Range · Fully Automatic Bean-to-Cup

AutoBarista Pro

Model: AE1051UK (standard) · AE1052UK (with Thermal Carafe) · New June 2026
RRP£899.99
Best for: People who want café-quality coffee with zero effort
TypeFully automatic bean-to-cup
GrinderYes, dual 340g hoppers
EspressoYes, fully automated
Drip CoffeeYes
Cold BrewYes, rapid cold brew
Milk FrothingAutomatic, hands-free
Drink Menu13 one-touch drinks
Grind iQYes, auto-calibrates grind
  • 13 one-touch drinks including espresso, latte, cappuccino, americano, cold brew
  • Grind iQ technology automatically calibrates grind settings
  • Dual 340g bean hoppers so you can swap between two different coffees
  • Fully automated milk frothing, no jug or manual steaming needed
  • Touchscreen interface: choose your drink and press go
  • Save your preferences for personalised drinks
  • Automatic tamping, no manual interaction needed
  • Available with or without Thermal Carafe

The AutoBarista Pro is Ninja's most ambitious machine to date and one of the most talked-about launches in UK home coffee this year. It's a fully automatic bean-to-cup machine, which means it does everything: grinds the beans, tamps them, pulls the espresso, and froths the milk, all at the press of a button. You select your drink from the touchscreen menu of 13 options and the machine handles the rest.

The standout feature is Grind iQ technology, which automatically calibrates the optimal grind settings for your beans. This is a significant development. Even experienced home baristas spend a lot of time dialling in grind size, and the AutoBarista Pro removes that friction entirely. Combined with dual 340g bean hoppers (so you can have two different coffees loaded at the same time), this is genuinely impressive engineering.

The milk frothing is also fully automated. You pour milk into the jug, select your drink, and the machine froths it to the right temperature and texture without any input from you. For anyone who has struggled with a steam wand, this is a game-changer. You can save your preferences too, so the machine remembers exactly how you like your coffee made.

The trade-off, as always with fully automatic machines, is a slight reduction in the ritualistic element of coffee making. If you enjoy the process of pulling a shot, dialling in your grind, and learning the craft, you'll get more satisfaction from the Luxe Café Pro. But if you want world-class coffee at the touch of a button, the AutoBarista Pro is in a different league to anything Ninja has made before.

The RISE verdict

The AutoBarista Pro is extraordinary for anyone who wants genuinely great coffee without any learning curve or daily effort. It's the right choice if convenience is your priority. For coffee enthusiasts who enjoy the craft, the Luxe Café Pro will give you more satisfaction and save you £200. But as a piece of technology, the AutoBarista Pro is remarkable.
