Why Alice and Ben love it: We absolutely love Costa Rican coffee - and the people of Costa Rica love it too! We stayed in Costa Rica for five weeks earlier this year and spent an unforgettable week with coffee farmers, immersing ourselves in their daily lives. From spending time high up in the misty mountains to the factory floors and in the farmers’ homes - we loved it all.
Costa Rican specialty coffee is renowned worldwide for its exceptional quality, sustainability, and vibrant flavour profiles. Grown in lush, volcanic soils at high altitudes, often above 1,200 meters, Costa Rican beans benefit from ideal conditions that enhance acidity and complexity.
