Why Alice and Ben love it: This delicious coffee comes from a collection of cooperatives in Huila, a region celebrated for its coffee excellence. Among these is Los Lagos farm, located in San Agustín in southern Huila. 

The farm is owned by Sandra Hiron and her husband Mauricio Botina (below). Their farm is called Los Lagos (meaning "The Lakes") and is a modest two-hectare farm that has been producing exceptional coffee for the past four years. Sandra and Mauricio remain unwavering in their commitment to quality and have huge ambitions for the future!

Their philosophy of prioritising flavour over convenience is evident in this delicious cup. This coffee delivers a clean profile (aka well defined flavours) with a pleasing sugar cane sweetness, medium body, spicy aromas, and vibrant fruit notes.
